Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

We usually dispatch orders within 3-5 business days from receiving your order, unless specified by us. Standard shipping takes around 5-7 business days for your goodies to arrive. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the order has been shipped.

SoapSmitten, is currently a very small business run by me- Kajal. All products are handmade in small batches, usually when we get your order, so they come to you freshly made. This process takes time, but we are constantly working to get the goodies to you at the earliest.

Some delays in transit times due to the high volume of shipments may be caused by festive season/COVID-19/natural calamities/national holidays, etc. Despite the delay, we are working diligently to process orders and ensure that everything is shipped out in a timely manner. Please be patient during this time and know that your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

 *Please note:  we are not responsible for any shipping delays as it is handled by a third-party vendor. Please place your order well in advance. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days please send us an email on soapsmitten1@gmail.com or contact us on Instagram- @mypitaraa.


SHIPPING RATES:
We charge shipping based on your location and weight of final package. For Mumbai residents, we offer the choice of pick-up in person or we can arrange for Dunzo, Porter, Swiggy or Wefast for an additional fee. This allows you to enjoy our goodies without worrying about shipping times and also serves as a great option for gifting. Simply let us know which option works best for you and we'll take care of the rest.

RETURN & REFUND:
Kindly note, there are no refunds or returns offered due to the nature of the products sold, as they cannot be resold after leaving the seller's supervision. All sales are considered final.

Refund can be generated on certain criteria:

  • In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, we require videos or pictures as proof. Kindly share them with us through email at soapsmitten1@gmail.com or on Instagram by messaging us @soapsmitten. We will assess the provided evidence and initiate the necessary measures accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to our valued customers.
